The Echelon is one of the most capable striker-fired pistols available. The aftermarket has not kept up.It starts simply. A shooter wants a magwell: faster reloads, cleaner funnel entry, a competitive edge. They find one that fits the stock frame. Then a backstrap. Both go on. It works. Then they get to the range or a match and see competitors running full aluminum grip modules. They want that. So they buy one.That is where everything bought before gets left behind. The backstrap and magwell only fit the OEM frame. The holster no longer fits the new geometry. The magwell for the new module is a different brand's proprietary solution. The basepads and mag extensions may or may not clear.Nobody did anything wrong. The problem is that none of it was designed as a system, because nobody built a system for the Echelon...until now.

THE ONE DECISIONYour only major decision is size: the 4.0FC for carry or the 4.5F for full-size competition. Your Echelon's central operating group transfers directly into either, no new serialized firearm required. Grip angle adjusts from 17 to 18.8 degrees, spanning modern striker-fired to classic 1911 geometry. Three panel profiles scale from a stock Echelon palm swell to a 30% swell with real finger grooves, without changing trigger reach.
NOTHING LEFT BEHINDEvery part crosses freely between both modules. Two backstraps, three different aluminum (and brass) grip panels, and 12g or 19g tungsten weights, mixed however you tune. Carry and competition magwells swap onto either module. Start carrying, decide to compete...add one module, keep everything else. Start competing, decide to carry...same, in reverse. Nothing you buy today ever stops working for you tomorrow...just choose your length.
ZERO COMPROMISEEvery component is precision-machined domestically to aerospace tolerances. The carry magwell seats flush with the +0 basepad. The competition magwell fits flush with our basepads. No gaps. No modifications. No compatibility research. Brass panels add weight exactly where you want it. Backstraps and magwells stay aluminum by design, keeping total system weight competitive instead of needlessly heavy.
This is a 12-gram weight meeting a machined pocket. No gap. No play. No guesswork.
Lab & Field Tested
One of our own test builds — grip system by Vital Arms, slide and trigger from other builders, used to complete a functional test gun. Lab tested to 10,000+ rounds. Field tested to 1,350 more across three states.
